Alexandre Forgues is an experienced and well known real estate entrepreneur in Montreal, having signed several projects noted since 2003. "Our mission is to create projects that not only stand out for quality but also for design and accessibility". Alexandre is a man who prioritises a direct relationship with his clientele and the quality of relations with his partners.

Attentive to the needs of his community, he shares his vision and business expertise to benefit several organizations.

For several years, District Atwater has been involved with L'Ancre des Jeunes, an organization whose mission is to encourage young people to stay in school by providing sustained and individualized coaching at an academic, social and personal level. We are proud to commit to give $500 per unit sold from all our projects to L'Ancre des Jeunes to support youth and to invest in tomorrow's leaders.

ABOUT THE ARCHITECT

Made up of a collective of dynamic architects, KANVA is an architectural firm whose work is at the forefront of design, imagination, drawing and construction in Montreal and beyond. KANVA has an approach that seeks to question and transform the built environment. The firm approaches each project as an opportunity to tell a story, to imagine a place, and to expand the scope and the dialogue between art and architecture. Each project is engaging, memorable and sensitive to human experience and to contemporary culture.

Due to the environmental issues of the present era, KANVA's practice has integrated sustainable development and ethical responses to the contemporary project in its philosophy.
