Elää is an innovating project located at walking distance from Atwater Market, at the gates of Verdun. Its strategic location will allow most units to have a breathtaking view of Mont-Royal and Downtown, which can be reached in a few minutes by car of public transit (Lasalle station at 4 minutes walk).
Increasing the scale of the project (compared to our previous projects) allows us to increase the level of technology used, as well as to include architectural elements that would not have been otherwise possible. In combination with a prime location where selling prices have not yet peaked, Elää hence offers you a lifestyle without compromise... at prices that defy any competition.
*Appliances included: We partnered with JC Perreault to offer, with each unit, a set of high-end stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, hood range, washer and dryer). Therefore, all units come with all these appliances included, delivered and installed when you move in!
*Alternative layout: Some units present an option for an alternative layout. Don't hesitate to ask one of our representatives to know the exact cost associated with these options.
Furthermore, KnightsBridge and District Atwater commit to give $500 per unit sold to l'Ancre des Jeunes, a charity organisation aiming to fight school dropout. They help the youth in South-Ouest and Verdun by offering them the tools for success from an academic, social and individual standpoint.
